Customer Approval
Please review all artwork carefully, including spelling, names, dates, wording, colors, layout, design, and placement. Once artwork is approved, Black Warrior Customs LLC is not responsible for errors that were not present on the approved proof.
Approval Required Before Production
Production will not begin until artwork approval has been received. A lack of response will not be considered approval.
Changes After Approval
Changes requested after artwork has been approved may result in additional charges. If production has already started, the customer may be responsible for materials, products, or work already completed as well as any additional costs required to make the request changes.
Changes Before Production
If an error is discovered or a change is made after approval but before production begins, a revised proof will be provided for approval. the most recently approved proof will be considered the authorized version for production.
Color Representation
Colors displayed on phones, tablets, computer monitors, and other screens may differ from the colors of the finished product. artwork proofs are not a guarantee of exact screen-to-product color match.
Size & Placement
Artwork proofs are visual representations and may not be exactly to scale unless specific dimensions or placement measurements are stated on the proof. Final size and placement may vary slightly due to garment or product size, seams, pockets, construction, decoration method, and production requirements.
Electronic Approval
Artwork approval may be provided electronically, including by email, text message, or other approval method provided by Black Warrior Customs. A physical signature is not required.
