Payment Requirements
Payment requirements vary depending on the size and scope of the order. Smaller custom orders may require payment in full before production begins. Larger orders may require a deposit before products or materials are ordered, with the remaining balance due before pickup, delivery or shipment. Any required deposit or payment terms will be provided before the order is approved.
Cancellations
Once a custom order has been approved and Black Warrior Customs LLC has ordered products or materials, or incurred other costs specifically for the project, the order cannot simply be canceled for a full refund. If an order is canceled before production begins, non-refundable costs already incurred for the order may be deducted from any refund.
Once Production Begins
Once production has started, custom orders are non-refundable except when Black Warrior Customs LLC makes an error or there is a defect with the finished product.
Errors or Defects
If Black Warrior Customs makes an error or a finished product is defective, we will work to correct the issue. Depending on the circumstances, this may include correcting the item, replacing it, or issuing an appropriate refund. Black Warrior Customs LLC reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution based on the issue.
Customer-Provided Information
Customers are responsible for reviewing the information they provide or approve, including names, spelling, sizes, quantities, and other order details. If Black Warrior Customs LLC produces an order correctly according to the information provided or approved by the customer, the customer is responsible for costs associated with remaking or replacing items due to incorrect information.
Changes to an Approved Order
Changes requested after an order has been approved or products and materials have been ordered may result in additional charges. the customer is responsible for additional costs caused by request changes.
Customer-Supplied Items
Black Warrior Customs LLC accepts customer-supplied items for certain projects. If an issue or damage occurs during decoration of a customer-supplied item, the situation will be evaluated individually based on the circumstances.
