Local Delivery
Black Warrior Customs LLC offers free local delivery within a 30-mile radius on most orders. Delivery outside the 30-mile radius may be available by arrangement and may include an additional delivery charge.
Local Delivery Arrangements
Delivery details will be coordinated with the customer. An order may be left unattended only when the customer has specifically authorized Black Warrior Customs LLC to do so. Otherwise, another delivery arrangement will be coordinated.
Shipping Charges
Orders being shipped are subject to applicable shipping charges paid by the customer. Shipping costs will be provided or calculated as part of the order or checkout process.
Production & Transit Time
Most orders are completed within approximately 1-2 weeks, depending on the project. Larger orders may require additional production time. Production time is separate from carrier transit time, which begins after the completed order has shipped.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
If an order is lost, delayed, or damaged while in transit, please contact Black Warrior Customs LLC. We will work with the customer and shipping carrier toward an appropriate resolution or claim.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer are the customer’s responsibility. If Black Warrior Customs LLC caused the address error, we will cover the appropriate costs.
