Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order, approving a quote, or otherwise authorizing work to begin, the customer agrees to the applicable terms, policies, and conditions of Black Warrior Customs LLC.
Orders & Project Acceptance
Black Warrior Customs LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel a project before production when the requested work cannot reasonably be produced, conflicts with supplier or manufacturer restrictions, or is work we choose not to produce. If Black Warrior Customs LLC cancels a project, any refund due will be handled appropriately based on the circumstances and costs already incurred.
Pricing & Product Information
Black Warrior Customs LLC may correct pricing, product information, or other listing errors before an order is accepted or production begins. An obvious pricing error does not obligate Black Warrior Customs LLC to fulfill an order at the incorrect price.
Quotes & Estimates
Quotes and estimates may change if supplier costs, product availability, quantities, artwork, or project requirements change before the order is approved.
Customer-Provided Artwork & Materials
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right or permission to use any artwork, logos, trademarks, photographs, names, or other materials they provide to Black Warrior Customs LLC for reproduction or decoration. Customers are responsible for claims, damages, or costs resulting from materials they provided without the necessary rights or permission.
Production Adjustments
Black Warrior Customs LLC may make reasonable adjustments when necessary due to garment construction, product dimensions, seams, decoration limitations, or production requirements, provided those adjustments do not materially change the approved design.
Completion Times
Estimated completion dates are estimates and are not guaranteed deadlines unless Black Warrior Customs LLC specifically agrees to a firm completion date. Timing may be affected by product availability, suppliers, shipping carriers, artwork approval, production requirements, or other circumstances.
Product Availability
Product availability is not guaranteed until an order is confirmed. If a requested product, size, or color becomes unavailable, Black Warrior Customs LLC will contact the customer to discuss an appropriate option, such as a substitute, waiting for availability, or another resolution.
Project Photography
Black Warrior Customs LLC will only use photographs or images of customer projects for our website, social media, portfolio, advertising, or other promotional purposes with the customers permission.
Circumstances Outside Our Control
Black Warrior Customs LLC is not responsible for delays or inability to complete an order caused by circumstances reasonably outside our control, including supplier shortages, carrier delays, severe weather, power outages, equipment failures, or similar events. We will communicate with the customer and work toward an appropriate resolution.

Orders may also be subject to the applicable Artwork Approval Policy, Custom Order Policy, Refund and Returns Policy, Shipping Policy, and Size & Color Disclaimer.
Updates to Terms
Black Warrior Customs LLC may update website terms, policies, pricing, products, and services as needed. Existing orders remain subject to the terms and policies applicable when the order was placed or approved.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama.
